As Premier Padel’s Content Manager, you will:
• Work closely with Content & Brand, Commercial and Communications teams to manage and deliver impactful content and digital campaigns aligned with Premier Padel’s content strategy and framework.
• Oversee content production and delivery, setting and improving standards, driving creativity, and planning amongst the team, including visibility for all key stakeholders.
• Drive content innovation and execution for tournaments, events, and the wider business, staying on top of social media trends.
• Manage external relationships with local tournament organisers to ensure timely execution of partner content across all channels, from ideation to completion.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders to proactively plan content requirements prior to tournaments.
• Analyse social media and digital metrics, turning insights into actionable initiatives that support content strategy across all channels.
• Tracking budgets and reporting back to the Head of Content & Brand accordingly.
• Support the Head of Content & Brand in growing a team of full-time and freelance content creators, to deliver premium content and deliver against social media objectives and KPIs.
• Ad hoc tasks as required to meet Premier Padel’s changing organisational requirements and objectives.

Other Information
Availability for out of hours work may be required during tournament weeks (Monday-Sunday). Travel may be required to oversee the content production at tournaments and support the team as needed. It is not a primary requirement to this role but will be expected to support the team when needed.
