Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Visuals & Collateral
• Conceptualise and execute designs for social media graphics, print materials, sponsorship decks, and event signage.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
2. Marketing & Campaign Support
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design promotional materials for upcoming tournaments, special events, and campaigns.
• Work on advertising materials (both print and digital) that effectively communicate Premier Padel’s offerings and key messaging.
3. Event Creatives
• Develop digital assets such as posters and branded merchandise designs for tournaments and fan experiences online.
4. Collaborations & Sponsorships
• Create visuals that highlight sponsor partnerships and integrate sponsor logos seamlessly into our brand ecosystem.
• Adapt designs for co-branded campaigns, ensuring alignment with sponsor and Premier Padel guidelines.
5. Asset & File Management
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets for quick and easy retrieval.
• Oversee version control and efficient file handoffs to internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
6. Quality Control & Innovation
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing, upholding a high standard of quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities, bringing fresh ideas to keep Premier Padel at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with layout and print production processes.
• Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
Portfolio
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, brand understanding, and versatility across print and digital media.
